Not gonna lie, I ordered this because the description made it sound like exactly what I wanted, but it was disappointing. The fit and fabric were nothing like what was listed, and even the color looked different in person. I went back and double-checked the product page, and it just didn’t match up. Super annoying since dealing with returns is always a hassle.

Waited two weeks for it. not cool. No real updates. Just sitting around wondering what was going on.

I tried using a sale code that showed as valid, but once I got to checkout, the full price went through anyway. I’m careful about checking totals before buying, so that was frustrating and made me hesitant to order again. I reached out to support, but the response was slow and didn’t really solve anything. Overall, it left me feeling like I couldn’t trust the checkout process.

I had a good feeling about American Threads as soon as I started browsing. Their style selection is really cute, especially the dresses and tops, and a lot of it feels trendy without being too hard to actually wear. My only gripe is that a few sizes and colors I wanted were already sold out, which was kind of frustrating. Still, my gut says it’s a solid place to shop, and I did end up finding a few pieces I really liked.

Uh, everything went smoothly. The pages loaded fast, Apple Pay worked without any trouble, and I got my order confirmation right away. No issues checking out at all.

The product itself was fine, but the box showed up kind of crushed, which was a little disappointing. A friend had recommended it to me, so I was excited to get it, but I wish the packaging had been handled better.

I’ll give them credit, they fixed it quickly. I wasn’t expecting much at first, but the issue was handled without a lot of back and forth, so I can’t really complain

I was actually excited when this arrived because the photos made it look exactly like what I wanted. I got exactly what I ordered, so no complaints there. I’m just kind of tired of waiting around on shipping these days, and this one felt a bit slower than I’d hoped...

I ordered a few things in my usual size, i started wondering if I somehow forgot what size I wear. One top was way too tight, another was surprisingly huge, and the jeans felt like they were labeled wrong altogether. The clothes are cute, which makes it more frustrating, but the fit was all over the place. Returning things is such a hassle, and I don’t really want to play a guessing game every time I order.

I just wanted to browse around a bit, but this site made it feel like I was attempting a full-on survival challenge. Pages were loading so slowly for me, and the filters sometimes just didn’t update properly, which was way more annoying than it needed to be. Checkout was okay in the end, but it definitely wasn’t smooth. I literally gave up a couple times and had to come back later because I could not deal with it in that moment

I’ve been liking American Threads lately. They have a lot of cute, trendy pieces that feel really current, and there’s just something about it that makes browsing fun. Some things are a little on the pricey side, but I still enjoy looking through the site. Shipping was fine too, nothing crazy. I’d definitely shop there again

The communication felt bad. I wasn’t always sure what was going on, and getting clear updates felt harder than it should’ve been. Not the end of the world, but definitely frustrating.

I ordered the sage green, but what showed up looks almost gray. I was expecting it to look like the photos on the site, but it really doesn’t... Kind of disappointing because I picked it specifically for that soft green color.

It felt thinner than I expected and a bit scratchy, definitely not as soft as I was hoping for at that price. Maybe it’ll feel better after a wash, but the first try-on wasn’t great. The fit was okay, so it wasn’t a total fail, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless I could check out the fabric in person first.

I ordered a top from American Threads and the tracking stopped updating for a few days which made me think it might’ve gotten lost. I reached out to support and they replied the next day then checked with the carrier for me. The package did start moving again but they also said they could send a replacement if it never showed up. It arrived a little late so it wasn’t a perfect experience but I did appreciate that they actually followed up. I’d shop here again just hope shipping is smoother next time

Customer service was actually helpful once they finally got back to me. I did have to wait longer than I expected though, which was frustrating. Like, cool, problem solved, but wow, that wait was not it.

I actually liked the item, but I needed a different size. The exchange process was not as smooth as I expected and took longer than it should have. I had to follow up on it myself, which was annoying — like, come on now. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely wasn’t easy either.

I was relieved when this shirt arrived because it actually looks like the pictures, which feels like a small miracle these days. The fabric feels really nice too, so I was ready to celebrate. The only dramatic little twist was one seam being slightly loose, but nothing too disastrous. Overall, it still feels like a good quality shirt and I’m happy with it.

I’ve ordered from American Threads a few times now, and overall it’s been a good experience 🙂 They usually have the sizes and colors I’m looking for, which I appreciate. The only downside is that some of the popular pieces sell out really quickly, so if you wait too long, you might miss out. The site is easy to browse, and I like that they show availability clearly. I just wish restocks happened a little faster. Still giving 4 stars because I’ve been happy overall!
